Structure (topic) + 怎么样？

怎么样 (zěnmeyàng) asks "how is it? / how about?" and works both for asking an opinion (这个菜怎么样？) and for proposing a plan at the end of a sentence (我们去看电影，怎么样？ = "let’s see a movie, how about it?"). It goes where the assessment would, usually at the end.
