I bought it, but I don't see the paid content
Use “Restore purchase” inside the app, with the same store account (Apple ID or Google) you bought with. The purchase lives in your store account, so it's recovered there — no Wanyu account needed.
How do I move my progress to another device?
Export your data to a JSON file from the app's settings, and import it on the other device. That's the only way, and it's on purpose: with no cloud, your data doesn't travel on its own — it travels when you carry it.
I bought on iPhone — does it work on Android? (or vice versa)
No. Each store handles its own purchase and, with no accounts, they can't be linked. Your data does move between systems via export/import; the purchase does not. We'd rather tell you plainly than pretend otherwise.
How do I start the 7-day trial?
It's optional and needs no card: you start it from the app whenever you like. When the 7 days end the paid content locks, but your progress is never wiped: if you buy later, everything is right where you left it.
No audio / no Chinese voice
The voice comes from your device's system, not the app. If nothing plays, install or enable a Chinese voice (zh-CN) in your operating system's or browser's speech settings, and it'll work again. The app never records or listens to anything: it only plays back.
Where is my data and how do I delete it?
On your device. You delete it from the app or by uninstalling; no copy remains on any server, because there are no servers. More detail in Privacy.
