How…! with 多么

Structure 多么 + adjective (+ 啊)

多么 (duōme) opens an exclamation of admiration: "how…!". 多么可爱的孩子！ = "what an adorable child!". It goes before the adjective and the sentence often ends with 啊. In casual speech it’s shortened to 多 (天多蓝啊).

Examples

这zhè里lǐ的de风fēng景jǐng多duō么me美měi！
How beautiful the scenery is here!
多duō么me可kě爱ài的de孩hái子zi！
What an adorable child!
你nǐ看kàn，天tiān空kōng多duō么me蓝lán！
