Each other with 互相

Structure 互相 + Verb

互相 (hùxiāng) means "each other, mutually": 我们应该互相帮助 = "we should help each other". It goes before the verb and needs a plural subject (the parties do the action to one another). It takes no following person-object (the reciprocity is already in 互相).

Examples

我wǒ们men应yīng该gāi互hù相xiāng帮bāng助zhù。
We should help each other.
他tā们men互hù相xiāng不bù认rèn识shi。
They don’t know each other.
同tóng学xué之zhī间jiān要yào互hù相xiāng学xué习xí。
Classmates should learn from each other.
