Which shows that… (可见)

可见 (kějiàn) introduces a conclusion drawn from what was just said: "from which you can see that… / which shows that…". 票一天就卖完了，可见多受欢迎 = "the tickets sold out in a day, which shows how popular it is". First the fact, then 可见 + what that fact proves.

Examples

他tā连lián这zhè个ge都dōu不bù知zhī道dào，可kě见jiàn有yǒu多duō懒lǎn。
He doesn’t even know this, which shows how lazy he is.
票piào一yī天tiān就jiù卖mài完wán了le，可kě见jiàn多duō受shòu欢huān迎yíng。
The tickets sold out in a day, which shows how popular it is.
大dà家jiā都dōu笑xiào了le，可kě见jiàn这zhè个ge笑xiào话huà很hěn好hǎo笑xiào。
Everyone laughed, which shows the joke was funny.
