不至于

Not to the point of (不至于)

Structure (再 … 也) 不至于 + extreme outcome

不至于 (bùzhìyú) denies that a situation reaches an extreme: "it won't go so far as to…", "it's not that bad". It often closes a concession opened by 再…也…: 再生气,也不至于动手吧 = "however angry he is, surely it won't come to blows". It conveys that, despite what was said, the feared or exaggerated outcome won't be reached. Unlike plain 不会 "won't", 不至于 explicitly gauges a degree or limit that is not crossed.
