Structure (Subject) + 不容 + disyllabic verb/noun
不容 (bùróng) means "to not allow, to leave no room for, to brook no": it flatly denies that something is possible or acceptable. It takes a disyllabic verb and is common in journalism and formal prose: 形势不容乐观 = "the situation gives no grounds for optimism"; 这一点不容置疑 = "this is beyond doubt"; 问题严重,不容忽视 = "the problem is serious and cannot be ignored". It is more categorical and formal than 不许 or 不允许, and often appears in set phrases (不容置疑, 不容否认, 不容忽视, 不容侵犯).

This historical fact cannot be denied.
