无所不 …
There is nothing one does not… (无所不)
Structure 无所不 + monosyllabic verb (无所不知 / 无所不能 / 无所不在)
无所不 (wú suǒ bù) is a literary double negative built with the nominalising particle 所: literally "there is nothing one does not…", i.e. one does/knows/covers everything. It matches the English prefix "omni-": 无所不知 "omniscient", 无所不能 "omnipotent", 无所不在 "omnipresent", 无所不包 "all-embracing". It is always followed by a monosyllabic verb and forms fixed four-character expressions (chengyu) of written register; you don't coin new combinations freely.
