No matter… with 无论…都…

Structure 无论 + variable，都 + result

无论…都… (wúlùn… dōu…) says the result doesn’t change whatever happens: 无论多忙，他都坚持锻炼 = "no matter how busy he is, he always exercises". After 无论 comes an "open" part (a question word like 谁/什么/怎么, or A 还是 B); 都 (or 也) closes with the constant result. 不管 is its colloquial version.

Examples

无wú论lùn多duō忙máng，他tā都dōu坚jiān持chí锻duàn炼liàn。
No matter how busy he is, he keeps exercising.
无wú论lùn你nǐ说shuō什shén么me，我wǒ都dōu不bù信xìn。
No matter what you say, I don’t believe it.
无wú论lùn谁shéi来lái，我wǒ都dōu欢huān迎yíng。
Whoever comes, I welcome them.
