Structure … (premise / fact)，由此 / 由此可见 / 据此 + consequence or conclusion

Three anaphoric essay-and-press connectors that build on what was just said (the 此). 由此 (yóucǐ) = "from this / hence": it introduces what follows or arises from the premise (由此引发了讨论 "this gave rise to a debate"). 由此可见 (yóucǐ kějiàn) closes it as a reasoned conclusion, "from this it can be seen that…": it is the fuller, formal version of HSK 5's 可见, with explicit 由此 marking what the inference rests on. 据此 (jùcǐ) = "on this basis / accordingly", the most legal-administrative of the three: a decision or ruling grounded in the foregoing (据此作出判决 "a verdict was handed down on this basis"). All three open the second clause.

数shù据jù连lián年nián增zēng长zhǎng，由yóu此cǐ引yǐn发fā了le广guǎng泛fàn讨tǎo论lùn。
